Located in a charming heritage listed cottage next to the Post Office, we serve modern Australian food with an emphasis on freshness, seasonality and local suppliers. We are open 7 days from 8.00am and our own coffee blend, fresh roasted every week, was recently voted the best in the Peninsula by the local tourism group. Cakes, muffins and biscuits are baked in our kitchen every morning, including our famous passion-fruit sponge. Lunch has more of a bistro element, based on availability of local produce. We have an extensive winelist, with wine by the glass from $8 all the way up to Petrus at $8,000/bottle. However we focus heavily on the excellent local Chardonnay's & Pinot Noir's. We open as a wine bar from 5pm on Thurs. to Sat. (happy hour from 4.30) with a range of bar foods and main meals. Our shady beer garden has 5 local beers & a cider on tap plus an extensive range of bottled dark beers, many local. Surcharges : C/C 1.5% : Weekend 5% : P/Hol 15% (due only to penalty rates)
